All consultations are provided by qualified homeopathic doctors.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are booking on behalf of a minor or another person with appropriate authority.
• You are authorised to book the consultation on behalf of that person, where applicable.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Appointments may be requested through our website or by contacting our clinic.

• Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling by phone or WhatsApp. For urgent requests, calling is recommended, as WhatsApp messages may not always be seen immediately.
• Requests for cancellation or rescheduling should be made as early as reasonably possible.
• Rescheduling is subject to the doctor's availability and cannot be guaranteed for the same day.
• We strive to conduct consultations at the scheduled time. However, as our doctors also attend in-clinic patients, consultations may occasionally be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and request that you remain available around your scheduled appointment time.

Online consultations are conducted through telephone or WhatsApp (audio or video), depending on the consultation requirements.

Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information during the consultation. Medical advice and prescriptions are based solely on the symptoms, medical history, reports, photographs, and other information made available to the doctor at the time of consultation.

As a physical examination is not possible during an online consultation, the doctor may recommend laboratory investigations, imaging studies, specialist consultation, or an in-person medical examination whenever clinically necessary.

Consultation fees are communicated before confirmation of the appointment.

• Consultation fees become non-refundable once an appointment has been confirmed and the consultation time has been reserved for the patient.
• If a patient is unavailable at the scheduled consultation time or does not respond to our call, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the patient. Any rescheduling will be subject to the doctor's availability and may not be possible on the same day. Consultation fees remain non-refundable.
• If a consultation cannot be conducted due to the doctor's unavailability, we may offer either rescheduling or a refund, as appropriate.

Medicines are prescribed only after consultation with our doctors.

• Medicines cannot be purchased without consulting our doctors.
• Medicines should be used only by the patient for whom they have been prescribed and in accordance with the doctor's advice.
• Medicine delivery is currently available only within India.
• Courier and delivery charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the patient.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• If medicines cannot be supplied or delivered, we may provide a prescription, where appropriate and legally permissible, to enable the patient to obtain the medicines locally.

Patients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete medical information.
• Informing the doctor about current medications, allergies, pregnancy, and other relevant medical conditions.
• Sharing relevant medical reports or investigations when requested.
• Following the prescribed treatment and follow-up advice.
• Informing the doctor promptly if symptoms worsen, new symptoms develop, or any unexpected reaction occurs during treatment.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the doctor's ability to provide appropriate medical advice.

Homeopathic treatment often requires periodic follow-up consultations to assess progress and make appropriate adjustments to the treatment plan. Patients are encouraged to attend recommended follow-up consultations and keep the doctor informed of any significant changes in their health or response to treatment.

Online consultations are based entirely on the information, medical history, reports, photographs, and other details provided by the patient. As no physical examination is performed during an online consultation, the doctor's opinion and prescription are based on the available information at the time of consultation.

Where clinically necessary, the doctor may advise laboratory investigations, imaging studies, specialist consultation, or an in-person medical examination before or during treatment.
